Useful data with visible provenance
World separates discovery, validation and publication. Information found online does not automatically become public data.
Sources do not carry the same authority
Canonical LXKeys data is preferred when it exists. Official sites, official APIs, source published structured data, institutional sources and selected editorial sources follow in that order.
Images are treated as data
World keeps the source URL, retrieval date, MIME type, dimensions, SHA256 and image role. AES use the canonical LXSpatium representation first. Other Entries use an official image or logo when it can be identified reliably.
Update without replacement
The engine checks monitored sources and compares newly detected information with existing values. External changes become change candidates. Canonical AES fields can be synchronized directly from LXSpatium.
Keep the context of change
Source snapshots, update history and backups make it possible to understand when information was checked or changed.
Machine accessible provenance
The sources and graph endpoints expose public provenance and validated relations.
